On a side note, reading all the commentary it's not looking great re. US-China trade deal on Dec. 15, given the passing of the Hong Kong and Xinjiang bills. One former US State Department official said, "There is not going to be a trade deal...Someone should tell the markets.". If this plays out gold could have a strong rally next week.
