This ann is slightly different from the Tass news article:
-Tass said 40K ton of high energy coal (I assumed coking) but TIG ann says 38.5 ton thermal
-Tass said China bound & this article says Asia bound. One would expect that the TIG ann would be more specific.
Great to hear that trucking to port has resumed.
This should lift the SP above 6c, IMO, because it confirms that the loading system is working and that
the sale has been closed.
