Coal tax was an overreaction, at least for BCB. It's mainly execution risk from here on and today's announcement helped with that (just a little).
To @nichbaker's comment, I'm happy with a slow-and-steady climb with the necessary pullbacks on the way; too many +8-12% days and it attracts the traders/punters.
