One thing I thought about also, is a lot of companies are saying they will have electric models ready by 2021 and 2025 etc. which sounds a fair way off, but they still have to build all the prototypes, which will require immediate supply a number of years earlier. So demand starts now and next year and gradually builds. A gradual build in demand, rather than shocks to supply is a healther thing too, allowing production to come on-stream.
I'm still wary of the funds hoarding Cobalt they will drop it on the market at some point, and at that point you just have to hold for the recovery after they do.
