Paul, I've been digging through the announcements and going over past interviews....and I can't find anything.
The announcement during the first cohort, did mention they had to wait the 28 days (safety window) before dosing the 2nd patient.
Without further information it's hard to know if it was just for the first cohort or (as I take it, only my thoughts) the first patient of each cohort.
I'd assume they will want to do all required tests and checks as they increase the dose each time.
Anyways, I still think the timeline for patient 1 stands as is.
