The SIOI have started the ball rolling, the rest are playing catch-up. It’s commonly known as the snow ball affect. You won’t get more premium than a vaccination producer. All this talk of negotiating with India is BS if their hand has been forced. Maybe ADO just happens to have the upper hand. Maybe the thought of this doesn’t fit some of the agenda’s of a few on here.
