This is a cloud that has prevented any traction with share price and will be until it is resolved. Buyers who know it's nearing are pulling their money despite the incremental growth of the business over the year. it's not a terrible strategy. Don't risk your money and decide to put it back in if things seem relatively well after the decision is handed down. Other's are happy to buy into the risk now and hope not so bad news will bring the share price to a normal level for the company, which is 70% - 100% above current price. Interesting times ahead...
