If they're smart they'll hopefully use this as a lifeline to make some decent deals and sales between now and then. It would show the court they've turned a page and put ASIC in a precarious position where they have to decide to right the wrongs of the past or hurt current holders. Justice can't be done for one group of investors without causing pain to another. Both groups are innocent. All they did is put their money and faith in the business. The only fair thing to do, if the company is found to be guilty, is to punish the ringleaders who signed it all off.
