I am preparing a document for ASIC to assist them in relation to matters that I believe the particulars of their current charges have overlooked. It will be for ASIC to determine how useful it will be for them, but the more evidence they have in relation to conduct that may mislead consumers the better. Hot Copper is not the appropriate forum to discuss this, but before or even after I submit the evidence to ASIC I would be happy to share it with others here via email who ask me for a copy. Then if you wish, you can put yourself down as a signatory and submit it to ASIC also. I'm even happy to share it with the Doc. It's just facts that I have already made him aware of in emails.
