as per last quarterly they got cash up to June and this doesn't include tax refund they will get this year if i am not wrong so they have something for next 3 to 4 months and hopefully they get the response within that time from FDA then they will do it with HDE announcement in my opinion... and it is better they do it with HDE approval (if FDA approves it) as it will definitely reduce dilution... in my opinion.
