but I'll correct you about retail shareholders - when you say they do not act to give management the boot you are overlooking the fact that retail shareholders once 'invested' are completely at the mercy of the company they invested into. Retail shareholders have no power whatever they are slaves to their investment, otherwise they surely would boot out incompetent management.
