Your other option is to wait 2 more years before selling to buy your house and maybe by then house prices will be slightly cheaper and PLS will have gone up so much that instead of selling the shares to put the deposit down on the house you can sell to BUY the house......
Not saying you should do that though as its your decision based on your circumstances.
