I mean that the Oman Ministry obviously has faith that we can now develop these areas. They will know more than we do with regards to the current mine operarations i would think.
The company producing was pretty much a matter of time and SP hasnt had a massive reaction as it was expected. The license renewal is unexpected and imo adds more value that has not been accounted for at all.
