    One can only guess. If management has been so apathetic towards the SH and so oblivious to the fact that SH actually espect returns the I would think that they would fight fairly hard to receive their so called “management fees”. The sooner this rock show is wound up, the better ! What a waste of funds in a rising market !!!!
