I entirely agree - shareholders are being shafted while Managers are feathering their nest with unearned Termination Fees after years of incompetent management of shareholders’ funds. The fairest and most appropriate way of handling this would be the refund of capital to shareholders and then offer them an incentive to invest in WARF, not force an investment in WARF and penalise those that want to exit early.
