It’s very expensive debt @ 11%, so get this facility paid off ASAP so we can borrow on better terms for our next acquisition, is a pretty good strategy.
And don’t forget this was a bridging facility, intended only for a short amortisation profile.
I only hope that we are on the prowl for other projects. I’d be disappointed if we weren’t.
