The big hurdle for hydrogen transport is the availability of refilling stations. No use getting a hydrogen truck if there's difficulty in filling it and there's no point in providing filling stations unless there are lots of hydrogen trucks.
In the case of the Sun Metals hydrogen trucks they will get refilled at the refinery where the electrolyser makes the hydrogen.
