This is a classic example of why you shoul.dn’t trust everything put up here as factual. Spid is trying to send a message Syrah has struggled its way to 71% when in fact much higher retentions have been achieved. I actually think 80% recovery rate from Syrah’s inconsistent weathered material is a fantastic result. The fall back to 71% demonstrates the difficulties faced with inconsistent weathered materials. But Spid should be able to shed more light on this when he provides us with his report on Syrah’s failings. Lucky for us Lindi has consistent non-weathered material and consistent material will be fed to our facility.
