Yes, the boundary is between the red and yellow circles. It's been a while since i last checked exact proximity, but if I remember correctly, BRDH001 is right next to the boundary (roughly 50m from it). You can see this from the below map that OZM uses in its market releases (see the last Quarterly Report).
