    Whatever I think would be pure speculation. Is it a case where a buyer has approached a tenement holder to buy their tenement, but the tenement holder is standing firm on a high price which has delayed negotiations, so the buyer just to be sure is happy to pay the tenement holder the high price, needs to conduct more on-ground due diligence?
