At this end of the market we can't have it all. For a long-term type investor like me, I don't mind OZM having its competitive advantage in drilling rather than marketing. Anyway, most of the spec end of the market simply do nothing more than mine the market with consistent pump and dump cycles. Others are merely lifestyle companies, usually sitting on a project and dragging it out until the cows come home (all the while milking the company's coffers in wages and fees). For me, it all boils down to a company having a legitimate fair go towards increasing value for all shareholders. I believe we have that with OZM. I don't see it as a pump and dump or a lifestyle company. At this spec end of the market, I prefer an MD that rolls up his sleeves and puts in the hard yakka over any high-rise dwelling, swivel chair spinning spiv. An MD that literally gets his hands dirty (check out the state of the MD's thumb below haha) hits different! That thumbs up surely screams 'this core shows potential'!
