Only time will tell, but AP has constantly said that the opportunities that he is seeing (and has managed to pick up) in Brazil are almost too good to be true. They're the sort of tenaments that you can no longer pick up in WA.

Brazil has long been a 'mining country' but it just hasn't had the full scale exploration that WA has had.

If you look at all his presentations, anouncemnets etc he really is frothing the opportunities in Brazil.

The gold isn't going anywhere - price is actually only improving. He currently has two options, pursue opportunities in Brazil, or pursue the gold. Even if scoping study came out tomorrow, it would still be 6 - 12 months before the company received any money. No idea how much it will cost to get the heap leach going, but a few million, right? So he would need to raise for that anyway.

If he raises solely on the back of the gold project, what price do you think he will be raising at, and how much will he need to raise? Lets say $0.10, and he needs minimum $2.5m. That's at least an extra 25m shares on the register, and 6 - 12 months before any traction. BUT have a look at BGD, BTR, AWJ, REZ. These companies are actually producing gold...and it's not like those stocks are going bananas.

If he went the gold route, it is unlikely he could get back to Brazil for 12 - 18 months.

By all accounts, the lithium and niobium discoveries have only very recently sent the market crazy for Brazil. Land / opportunities are being snapped up left right and centre.

The quarterly lists OZM as having 3 quarters of cash left, circa 9 months. If he can get results of some sort on any of the lithium targets or the niobium targets, you would expect him to be raising at least around the $0.15 - $0.20. A couple of mil raised at those and he's off to the races in Brazil.

WA1's trajectory is the stuff dreams are made of...circa $0.30 to $18 ($1bn market cap) in 18 months! That's the 1 in 100 or 1 in 1000 type of companies. Not expecting that at all, but even if he's 10% as succesful, that would be a circa $100m market cap, or 10x from here. I mean, everyone dreams of a Disallowed, right?

I initially invested for the gold, it is safe and solid, with some solid bluesky potential. The Brazil opportunities have come out of left field. Don't discount that the gold was, in some ways, the culmination of his life's work. He's not going to walk away from that, and to put it on hold, it must be some serious stuff.

Finally, if you are still concenred about the gold. Compare OZM's ozs to SLS. I consider OZM's ounces to be worth significantly more than SLS' ounces, and that is before you even consider the exploration upside etc at OZM.

SLS just sold a project to NST, just up the road from us.
