In regard to marketing, it definitely needs to step up.
In regard to geo work, I think he's finding good form.
So it's area specific imo, a new marketing skill set hopefully is emerging (X is back alive), but needs to be more active on all fronts including Nb .
We also have one hell of a well located gold deposit near a hungry mill (closer than anyone else to Carasue).
