From memory the position of the proposed mining decline was outlined in a recent announcement. They stated that they were in the process of progressing a licensing application for it and went as far as to describe it essentially as a small scale trial mining operation.

If all of that is BS, then yeah...not much going on here. But all this recent talk from management of it, inclusive of outlining the position of the mining camp on the prospect, is once again a fairly elaborate story if that's all it is.
