I think targeting 5Moz is fairly reasonable based on what we already know. I'm no expert in dealing with refractory orebodies, other than its definitely possible but clearly less appealing than free-milling one's. I feel as though the refractory component is less of a handbrake on the current sp compared to not being able to report a JORC resource on the project. There are probably insto's etc. wanting to get in, but are mandated by only being able to invest in companies that meet reporting requirements etc. Once we have a JORC resource we can report, let's see what happens.
Re the future of TCG and Afema, we would basically have to guess what their intentions are. Justin did a deal with PRU when he was at Exore, but I dont think that sets a precedent, as the Bagoe project was small scale compared to Afema. Personally I'd rather they take it to pfs and dfs stage at a minimum, as any offer prior to that is likely going to undervalue the assets.
