Hi Whats the Tip

My post stating 'fully laden' was made in jubilation that our first shipment was at sea and on the way.
I did not think that it would be put through the wringer as though it was a document of compliance,hence I have to take the time to clarify:
It is quite likely that the vessel had a part load and THAG PART LOAD has nothing to do whatsoever with the CXO buyer.
in any case our interest is that the CXO shipment has been loaded.
Some people have a lot of time on hand to wonder:
What was tbe draft before loading
what was tbe draft after loading
how much ballast was the vessel carrying
WAS THERE ANOTHER CXO SHIPMENT ON BOARD??
