I read this as a 3M agreement as three divisions listed.
The Tech Data merger is massive - 7.2B
Tech Data currently sell a far inferior product (to Halo) and generate massive revenues
That product has the 1 x sim. Halo has 4 sims, low latency, and always on with never fail comms.
Halo far superior.
This distributor will finally reap rewards for long, exhausted holders, self included.
And ongoing revenues a far better outcome than a one off 2M US deal, then having to waiit 12mths for the next material order.
Finally- something of substance with a definitive game plan.
