I have to say that the class A performance shares being given out as fully met leaves me a little bit sour.

the premise for the HX is outdoor use with DST as the main technical enabler

so when they set the class A shares for a 3 bedroom home within 3 days it was presumed it would be outdoors - as that is what the product is supposed to do

here we have it completed indoors , which is almost what 105 did with much less development ...... seems they played the game of "It doesnt say outdoors....."

and found a way to achieve the big bonus for half the job if you ask me

going forward I think we shareholders need to challenge the wording and leave no assumptions for any performance shares criteria
