Yes, that's my understanding aswell in regard to mining & processing. From a toll perspective transport etc i wonder what money would be spent with the logistics ?? and how it will be approached im assuming Dean would know of companies who would be competitive, was looking at it from another lense in terms of getting the material to site, cutting costs from the start along the way eg reducing costs
