    Maybe the ramp up has uncovered some unexpected variables along with the new recruiting of staff for the second shift cost blowouts so a new contingency plan needed to be forthcoming.
    Better than another CR for sure!
    I am not concerned at all and will likely buy another top up if sp stays around 8c
