After catching up and reading the RNS today, finally I see a gold bar, excellent! But reflecting of how and why this company ended up with total control, urk’s me I guess.
Sad that holders now have absolutely no say at all, apart from voting against the REM into the future until company gets to 75%. Even this isn’t a concern for company in any case.
Options are dead guys, forget them. All part of the consolidation plan imo. As I said before board will never give themselves such a short time frame lol.
Had to laugh that the resident personal insulter is again back and in true form in responding to a poster who said a valid comment re new name on gold bar.
I did have a chuckle that this gold/silver bar will not even pay the convertible note interest bill and we will need all gold produced in 2022 to repay all debts, cover processing costs, wages and company REM etc, etc.
Let’s just hope no break downs and wet season doesn’t impact the processing or we will still be repaying debts well into 2023 and not a lot of drilling will happen in Georgetown. Fingers X’ed goes smoothly from now on, apart from the consolidation which deeply concerns me. Looking to exit a heap of holdings before this happens but can’t see SP hitting 0.008+.
Now while everyone is hi 5’ing, still talking about 0.006 line wipes lol, options and future dividends lol, (unlikely) etc, the reality imo after looking at these processing results, is that the SP will certainly not hold 20c after consolidation, given the amount and quality of gold produced ATM and I certainly expect the grades will fall off, unless they dig into the deeper bonanza zones and Fo an aggressive drilling program. GLTA.
