I dare say you have hit the nail on the head! If there are commissioning issues then they should have announced it by now. My hunch is there is a cap raising on the horizon. If they come can't come out of this quarter break even then it's going to put pressure on cash flow, not much in the kitty as of 30th Sept, hope I am bloody wrong.
