That was a capital raise for an acquisition way under what the trailing price was.
KAR had been trading around $2.70 then started to slide each day then a big slide the day before trading halt for CS for big purchase and eventually fell to $1:80 or so.
I'm not saying a C R for BGL but something is up, especially after watching matchup where shorters don't participate.
What do you think yourself?
