Any price target for RNO? Say they sell $1 per test kit (as per the unaudited estimates in this ann.), they will have a revenue of $N pa where N is the number of test kits sold. Price to revenue ratio in this space is around 3 to 4. Given around 250 mill shares outstanding, RNO will be worth around:
$0.4 if 28 millions kits sold per year.
$0.7 if 50 millions kits sold per year.
$1.4 if 100 millions kits sold per year.
So current SP is already projecting the company to sell around 28 millions kits per year.
