A pretty good remuneration package, $300k plus super, significantly less than Craig's remuneration that was $510k plus super. I would have like to see some performance-based incentive as part of his package, either based on MC growth or graphene sales.
I am looking forward to next year to see if Mike can capitalise on the base that Craig has developed over the past 5-6 years, and his ability to turn these collaboration/NDA agreements into binding sales agreements.
