90-100tpa, This is based on 24/7 operation = around 270kg per day

Currently, the factory is operating on 1 shift (90kg per day) 5 days per week (450kg). This will produce around 22 tonnes per year (based on 48 weeks production)

To increase capacity only requires additional shifts, I believe this can be done with 2 staff (8hr shifts). or the company could stagger the working day where the factory would operate for 12 hours, not 8. This would increase the daily capacity to 136kg per day or 32 tonnes pa (48 weeks of operation)

Expansion - FGR just raised $6.1mil which included $2.4 mil for Automation and increased capacity. The Entitlement offer didn't disclose what was being automated, or what type of graphene they were intending to increase capacity. If it is PureGraph or the Metal decorated Graphene, both use the same type of electrochemical cell, to manufacture Graphene oxide, this uses the VFD.

IMO, the biggest bottleneck for FGR graphene production is drying and bagging. all other aspects of the operation are pretty much automated.
