FGR had $2.48mil as of 30th September,

since then the directors exercised the following options
Peter 1.5 mil @ 9.2c = $138,000k (9th Oct)
Craig 1.5 mil @ 9.2c = $138,000k (9th Oct)
Criag 3.5 mil @ 9.2c = $322,000k (31st Oct)

FGR also have a fully underwritten loyalty Options - $388k (after costs) that closes next week

Total fund = Cash $ 3.47mil + CRCP funding $1.5 Mil (starts Jan to ?) + loans to third parties $285k

FGR have are 2 sets of unlisted options that expire in Jan
250k @ 10c raising $25k
250k @15c raising $37.5k
We could also expect a R&D refund in January, Possible $500k

What is not clear in the September QTR is how much of the $1.7 mil was used to fund the construction of the new production facilities in WA. FGR average around spend is around $1 - 1.2 mil per QTR

A CR is possible. I would like to see this happen next year after they have Firestop's CSIRO certification,
Best Battery update, Sales agreement, Concrete test results.

If we do see a CR it won't be to existing shareholders,
