How bad were you expecting. This is a terrible result given their recent pre Christmas update. Read the statements of the CEO. They are not optimistic in the least. There is no turnaround for this business. It is in a structural decline. Nothing sort of a Lew takeover will save this. In fact this takeover premium is the only thing saving this from being down much much more. The risk with the impairments becomes the need to raise capital.
