Yep and we are now in some serious takeover territory .... regardless of Sol's blocking stake ... It isn't going to do him much good if someone buys up the other 89.6% and he won't sell ... he will be stuck with an investment that he is never going to have any control over whatsoever... he must be drooling watching the SP get smashed even further though ...
