I'd start to be getting interested again at 11 cps, around half where they are now. That's calculated using my own modified version of Graham's formula and takes into account both their 'cloudy' outlook and market cynicism from many years of ASH misadventures.
I held for a long time but there's not a significant opportunity here, that I can see, to bring me back at the moment.
