    EV = MC + Debt - Cash
    EV = 763.09+272.2-27.04 = 1008.254million

    EBIDT = 60.9m

    EV/EBIDT = 16.556
    Since earnings are a little flat give them a multiple of 10... we get a fair price of $1.65
    Anyone else coming to this valuation as well? Please correct my math if incorrect, open to discussion.
