No need to be cynical about it. Thats exactly why VESPRO was initiated. Otherwise its possible that SARAH or SIRveNIB might show a trend to longer survival but we wouldn't be able to say with confidence that the result was not due to random chance. This way gives a better opportunity to be sure. Personally I am very hopeful SIRveNIB and maybe SARAH will also show longer OS on their own, but I would be very happy with 2 out of 3
