I agree that it might not be the headline that many retailers wanna see. Most would expect higher grade with thicker intercept. Instos have not been back into the gold sector so we retailers just trade among ourselves. Those with more knowledge and are willing to play the waiting game will eventually get their reward. IMO we need to put the assay into perspective:
- This is the first and only hole over an untested area. And they immediately found gold!
- This area is part of the NS fault running for more than 5km long throughout El Zorro. Found gold here further validate the theory that we might have >5km strike length of gold! This is insanely huge!
- Again, we are a low grade bulk tonnage gold system. The grade is reasonable for our system. We could have achieve a better grade with thicker intercept but it almost impossible to hit right at the sweet spot on an untested area. They explained they only hit the sediments not the EZT where most of the gold are!

- Now they need to locate the EZT and hit it! However, 11.5m @ 1.13g/t at first hit in an area that is 350m away from where we usually drill is very positive!
- The SP moved back as what happened with hole 80, first hole over Ternera replica: 13m @ 1.17g/t, also hitting mostly sediments. Retailers arent happy when we put a hole 350m up north and found gold. 200m down south and also found gold?!?
- Retailers are happy when RXL released the assay of 3 holes today. SP jumped 15% on open. The one hole with good grade drilled right next to their high grade area. The other 2 holes drilled 100m further away and got 4m @ 6g/t and 2m @ 8.8g/t. Also please put into consideration that their system is very different from ours in term and grade and scale. I think it would be fair to expect grade from them and expect scale from us.


Princey made a great point that me and many longterm holders are just enjoying the show right now, we know what TSO has and we are happy with it!
