You're correct Fred.
Nuclear Ban in W.A is holding this stock back it will obviously go up and down a few cents with daily Uranium news ( Good and and not so Good ) .
Only way we'll see double digits is when the Ban gets lifted due to W.A's economic pressures Or next year's state election with the Libs winning Power etc.
Just my opinion.
For now this is a BOTTOM DRAW stock .
