Performance shares
The performance shares will convert into fully paid ordinary shares upon the satisfaction of any one of the following milestones
before the expiry date, being 31 May 2027:
(i) Uranium Resource
The announcement or announcements by the Company to ASX that the Company has defined in aggregate Mineral
Resources of at least 2,000,000 pounds of U3O8 at a minimum grade of 250ppm U3O8 on any of the Tenements, which
is prepared and reported in accordance with the JORC Code; or
(ii) Gold Resource
The announcement or announcements by the Company to ASX that the Company has defined in aggregate Mineral
Resources of at least 32,000 ounces of gold at a minimum grade of 1.0g/t of gold on any of the Tenements, which is
prepared and reported in accordance with the JORC Code; or
(iii) Copper Resource
The announcement or announcements by the Company to ASX that the Company has defined in aggregate Mineral
Resources of at least 10,000 tonnes of copper at a minimum grade of 1% copper on any of the Tenements, which is
prepared and reported in accordance with the JORC Code.
