The stock market is all about selling, marketing, so I have no problem with genuine upbeat reports.
OCC is highly speculative and its long term success will hinge on how its biotechs go. But that won't stop the price bouncing all over the shop day by day. Could make a fortune if all goes well, or disappear if it doesn't.....
