The big market here is for surgeons and in particular, surgery for full thickness rotator cuff tears in the middle age or older population. Right now, anyone over age 50 with a cruddy shoulder will struggle with surgery - it's prone to failure because of the difficulty in getting the torn ends to meet and then re-vascularize once sutured.
I can't see this being used for other areas of the body. (I'm in the biz). But rotator cuff surgery is a huge market on its own.
