The announcement is very short on specific details here. All comparison data should have been included. This is what gives shareholders the shits. Shareholders are very short changed on full comprehensive data.

This is typical for this company - say enough to give the appearance of informing shareholders, but insufficient insufficient for shareholders to be able to understand the full situation. smoke and mirror announcement - raises more questions than it answers. Still difficult to make informed investment decisions around IBX.
