We have received several enquiries directly regarding our B2B marketing activities – and also observed the conversations raised on this and other forum’s – about our recently distributed “July 2021 Research Notes”.

We thought it important to clarify for investors the purpose of these Research Notes.

The July 2021 Research Note is not an investor or market update. Over the past 6 years the company has put out such research information about 2-3 times per year. These Notes form part of our eDM outreach specially targeting academic and scientific researchers as an educational and promotional endeavour to develop new customers and applications for our PrecisionMRX® Nanoparticles. Over the past few years we have run different promotional programs to attract new customers and users of our nanoparticles. This activity provides a small amount of revenue for the Company, but more importantly, is a source of potential collaborations for future biomedial applications for our nanoparticles.

The T-shirt promotion has nothing to do with our current Phase I study for our MagSense® HER2 breast cancer test. It is targeted at academic researchers as a simple and inexpensive form of marketing collateral to boost awareness and engagement, and improve our customer’s experience whilst developing these relationships. As such this offer is specifically targeted towards customers only.

Additionally, references to Imagion Biosystems' (IBX) Phase 1 clinical trial in this document are only used as a reference for the application/validation of the nanoparticle’s potential – not as an update on the Clinical trial’s progress. We want our customers to know that the same core nanoparticle they can buy for their research is already in use in the clinical setting. No other commercial suppliers of iron oxide nanoparticles can make that claim. It is what differentiates use from every other research supplier and can lead to future important biomedical products for Imagion.

Anyone that has subscribed to, or opted in to, updates from IBX becomes part of our eDM database which includes distribution of these periodic Research Notes. It can be a way for investors to be aware of interesting developments that are not presently material or market sensitive but informative about the scientific and research basis of some of our work.
