I can’t comprehend how you come up with the thought Le Maître could have bought out AHZ for $45 mill Lex . How did you come up with that assumption ? If the company was on the open market including Cardiocel / TAVR and the ADAPT IP I doubt Le Maître could even come up with the cash needed to outbid the bigger players . 45 mill is lunch money for Edwards and the likes
